老闆今天大發慈悲，買了「鬍子老爹」(Beard papa's)的大泡芙給我們當早餐。結果同事全一湧而上，圍著泡芙和包裝盒七嘴八舌，因為我們都沒吃過鬍子老爹的泡芙。什麼都小小的日本，居然做起了大泡芙。這大泡芙可不是普通的大，看旁邊那顆委曲的 See's Candies 巧克力，就比出來了。厲害的是，內藏厚厚的鮮奶油香滑而不膩，外層又酥酥脆脆，使我忍不住吃了兩個，害我中餐時間到了還飽得吃不下飯。
鬍子老爹是一家日本店，于1997 年開張。美國已有多家分店，最近才在舊金山市中心剛蓋好的 Yerba Buena Lane 開了新店。有機會進城時，別忘去交關一下哦！

Also a lot of Beard Papa's stores in Taiwan. NT$100 for only 3. Very expensive

我怎麼覺得現在的泡芙都沒以前好吃呢？以前那濃濃的奶黃醬內餡多香濃呀！現在發展了很多口味，但原味多半吃起來像鮮奶油餡，不好吃，不好吃不好吃！
小孩，我跟妳保證這種是妳說的「濃濃的奶黃醬內餡」，而不是鮮奶油餡！
